On Sept. 9, Myoungmee Monchinski sold their home at 1700 Congress Ave., Peekskill to Stephen and Cyrus Desantis for $475,000.

This home last sold for $407,500 on Nov. 21, 2005.

So far in September 2021, nine properties sold in Peekskill.
