On Aug. 10, Susan H. Choo sold their seven bedroom, three bathroom home at 12 Kraft Ave., Mount Vernon to Kevin Ching and Winnie Yang for $1,930,000.

This home last sold for $1,020,000 on March 11, 2004.

So far in August 2021, 25 properties sold in Mount Vernon.
