On Aug. 13, Carl and Joanne Mercurio purchased a property at 36 Sussex Drive, Yorktown from Nicholas G. and Irene L. Christoforatos, Irene L. and Nicholas G. Christofer and Karidas (irrevocable trust) for $189,000.

The last time this property sold was Feb. 3, 2011. It last sold for $105,000.

So far in August 2021, 18 properties sold in Yorktown.
