Rye home prices rose in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Rye rose by $270,000 while total sales decreased by 90.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,550,000 - a 21.1% increase over the $1,280,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Rye in 2017.
