Pricing for the median home in Pelham (Westchester County) decreased during 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Pelham in Westchester County fell by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 94.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $765,000 - a 5.6% decrease over the $810,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 191 homes sold in Pelham in 2017.
