2018: New Rochelle experienced a 0.7% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in New Rochelle fell by $4,300 while total sales decreased by 87.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $582,500 - a 0.7% decrease over the $586,800 median sale price for the previous year. There were 265 homes sold in New Rochelle in 2017.
