What happened to the median home price in Sleepy Hollow during 2018?

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Sleepy Hollow fell by $65,150 while total sales decreased by 92%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $567,000 - a 10.3% decrease over the $632,150 median sale price for the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Sleepy Hollow in 2017.
