Pricing for the median home in North Salem increased during 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in North Salem rose by $67,954 while total sales decreased by 91.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $557,954 - a 13.9% increase over the $490,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in North Salem in 2017.
