Yonkers home prices rose in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Yonkers rose by $35,500 while total sales decreased by 86.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $485,500 - a 7.9% increase over the $450,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 672 homes sold in Yonkers in 2017.
