Falling home prices in Ossining Town in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Ossining Town fell by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 90.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $427,500 - a 1.3% decrease over the $433,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Ossining Town in 2017.
