Median home prices in Port Chester fell to $425,000 in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Port Chester fell by $40,500 while total sales decreased by 94%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 8.7% decrease over the $465,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 217 homes sold in Port Chester in 2017.
