Peekskill home prices rose in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Peekskill rose by $40,390 while total sales decreased by 90.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 15.3% increase over the $264,611 median sale price for the previous year. There were 242 homes sold in Peekskill in 2017.
