Mount Pleasant median home prices rose by 4.6% in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Mount Pleasant rose by $28,500 while total sales increased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $645,000 - a 4.6% increase over the $616,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in January 2017.
