Median home prices in White Plains fell to $630,000 in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in White Plains fell by $100,500 while total sales increased by 91.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $630,000 - a 13.8% decrease over the $730,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in White Plains in January 2017.
