Pelham ranked 86th in New York for resident earnings in 2019

Pelham ranked 86th among cities in New York by annual earnings per resident, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The median income of Pelham residents was $60,469 per year, adjusted for inflation. It had 2,285 households with a population of 6,941.

The city with the highest median resident income in the state was Hewlett Neck with $108,750 per year after adjusting for inflation – $48,281 more than Pelham. It had 146 households with a population of 496.

The city with the lowest median resident income in the state was Chautauqua with $3,854 per year after adjusting for inflation – $56,615 less than Pelham. It had 31 households with a population of 323.
