Of the 5,808 people living in Lake Mohegan in 2019, 46.3 percent (2,690) were women and 53.7 percent (3,118) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Westchester Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 1,976-to-1,912. In the 65 and over age range, there were 428 females and 271 males.
