The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Samuel Ravelo, Samuel Ravelo for Congress, refunded $500 to Hsiwen Chu on May 12, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Samuel Ravelo for Congress refunded $500 total since December 1, 2019.
