The percentage of unemployed residents was less than the statewide total of 36.7 percent for this demographic group. In 2017 the total Ossining population reached 20,095.

Out of 13,767 people who had a job, 24 were employed in the Armed Forces and 13,743 belonged to the civilian labor force.

The total unemployment numbers include residents of all ages who are not working.
