There were no new teachers in White Plains who signed the pledge in week ending Sept. 4, according to an online pledge from the Zinn Education Project.
On Sept. 8, Barbara Oneill sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 181 Teresa Ave., Yonkers to Suda Suthiwong and Willie R. Villalta for $535,000.
On Sept. 8, Concepcion Arroyo (revocable trust) sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 162 Audubon Ave., Mount Vernon to Jerome and Mouna-Marie N. Coutou for $690,000.
The home at 3473 Sulin Court, Yorktown was sold on Sept. 8 by Gerald Scucci and Margaret Lane-Scucci for $585,000. The buyers were Eric Montilla and Maureen I Cano.
On Sept. 8, Patrick and Meredith Mullane purchased a three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 12 Gene Place, White Plains from Paul M. and Melissa A. Blamey for $695,000.
The home at 507 Bedford Road, Mount Pleasant was sold on Sept. 8 by Marina and Alexandra Kohl, Timothy M Kiriakou and Eriphil Kiriakou (irrevocable trust) for $869,000. The buyers were Jose R. Escalera and Margarita I Perez.
On Sept. 8, Janice and Joseph M. Albanese sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 52 Ridgeway, White Plains to Carlos and Melanie Alvarez for $685,000.
Of the 882 people living in Tuckahoe in 2020, 49.7 percent (438) were women and 50.3 percent (444) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Westchester Reporter.
