At around 6:10 a.m. on December 30, 2025, New Rochelle Police responded to a report of two individuals stealing license plates from vehicles in the parking lot at 11 Garden Street.
A witness told police that a male and female suspect arrived in a white Nissan Altima. The suspects then entered a black Jeep Grand Cherokee parked nearby and changed clothing before returning to the Altima.
