Residents of Hastings-on-Hudson will have the opportunity to securely dispose of their personal documents when the Westchester County Mobile Shredder visits the area. The shredding event is scheduled for Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Chemka Pool parking lot.
This service is available exclusively to residents of Hastings-on-Hudson. Each participant may bring up to four file boxes of documents for shredding. Organizers request that individuals remove clips, binders, and folders before arriving.
The event aims to help community members protect their personal information by providing a safe way to destroy sensitive papers such as old bills and bank statements.
