The Village of Hastings-on-Hudson has announced the end of its snow emergency, effective immediately. Residents are now allowed to resume normal parking, as all snow-emergency parking restrictions have been lifted.

However, local authorities have reminded residents that alternate-side street parking rules are still in effect. This measure is necessary so that crews can continue with ongoing snow removal efforts.

Chief David A. Dosin expressed gratitude for the community’s understanding during the emergency period. “Thank you for your patience and cooperation, and please stay safe,” said Chief Dosin in a statement.
