The annual Downtown White Plains Wing Walk will take place on April 25 from noon to 5 p.m., featuring chicken wing tastings from local restaurants across downtown White Plains.

The event invites participants to walk between participating restaurants, sample two unique wing flavors at each stop, and vote for their favorites. The community’s ratings will help determine this year’s Wing Walk Champion.

Each ticket includes two wings per restaurant at all participating locations. Attendees can submit their ratings after tasting the different offerings. Ticket prices vary by category: VIP tickets are $40 online or $45 on the day of the event with access from noon to 5 p.m.; general admission is $25 online or $30 day-of; children ages five to ten pay $15 online or $20 day-of; and children under five enter free. Time slots are available from noon to 2:30 p.m., and from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., with VIPs enjoying full access throughout the event.

Last year’s champions included Lilly’s, which won People’s Choice for its Thai Chili Dry Rub Wings, and Brazen Fox, which took Judge’s Choice with Stingin’ Honey Garlic Wings.

Participating restaurants this year include Alex Lounge Bar & Grill (Cilantro Lime, Thai Peanut), The Brazen Fox (Hot Pepper Peach), Buffalo Wild Wings (Hot BBQ, Honey Garlic), Cantina Taco & Tequila Bar (Honey Lemon Pepper), Delicias del Jireh (Ceviche Wings), El Primo (Tamarind Chipotle, Macha Chili), Frankie & Anthony’s City Pizzeria (Honey BBQ, Mango Habanero), Freebird Kitchen & Bar (Buffalo, Asian Sticky Wings), Hudson Grille (Sweet Truffalo, Tajin Tamarindo), The Lazy Boy Saloon (Tequila Citrus, Citrus Honey Ginger), Lilly’s (Chipotle Lime, Al Pastor), Mario’s Pizza Restaurant (Buffalo, BBQ), Ron Blacks Beer Hall (Buffalo Garlic Parmesan), Sundance Kitchen & Cantina (Taco Wings, Fajita Wings), Tepe’s Kitchen (Dark Roast, Chipotle), TVB by: Pax Romana (Chicken Scarpariello) and Wolf & Warrior Brewing Co.
