Public comment is being solicited regarding proposed changes in the electric and gas delivery rates and practices of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison). Individuals interested in commenting on these proceedings will have the opportunity to provide statements on the record at two scheduled in-person hearings.

The first hearing is set for Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at Cortlandt Town Hall in the Vincent F. Nyberg Meeting Room located at 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567. The sessions are scheduled for 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.

The second hearing will take place on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at Westchester County Center’s First Floor Meeting Room at 198 Central Avenue, White Plains, NY 10606. These sessions are also scheduled for 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.
